Yesterday I
realized that in about 3 months we will celebrate New Year. This means that
very soon people will rush for big malls and small shops in order to buy
numerous presents. In my view, autumn is so depressive for most people and so
they try to escape from such a melancholy and occupy themselves with something, brining positive emotions.
That is the reason why the majority of people are carried away by buying
presents and making surprises for their nearest and dearest. Today
internet-shops are very popular because they offer goods for lower prices. Due
to this fact such kind of trade is regarded to be perspective now.
It goes without
saying that people during next several months will spend great sums of money on
different goods. So I have come up with the
idea that the time before winter holidays is a proper chance to start business
which would last for about two months and would be rather profitable. I was
inspired by some examples of students, succeeded in starting up new business. Frankly
speaking, I have always dreamed to work on my own rather than to work,
for instance, in bank or investing company. So, it is evident, that it is
required to have enough money for start, which I could borrow from my parents
or at least take credit. I could make a
simple business plan, establish necessary connections and push my wares. The
main problem, however, is to decide which goods will be in a great demand at
these months. Anyway, all these ideas are just thoughts, which will hardly come
true this year because I have started planning to late. Nevertheless, I won’t
give up and I will try to realize this desire next winter.

ReplyDeleteThis idea came to my head too, but I and my friend ws full of confidience to start it)) I'll share with you with several points about this buisness:
1)It's reaally defficukt to find a place for your shop ( if you want to make it illegal - no problems)
2) It's really difficult to find a good salesman( our salesman is 22 years old and he is from Kirgisya)
3)Every year people in Russia spend nearly a half of their money on new year's symbolic, next year it will be a year of snake (our shop is completely full of small snakes figures and similar things) (right now we have got about 60-ty different goods)
4) It will take your a difficulcty to set prices on your goods, a for us, we did it empirically, changing them everyday and trying to find the best equilibrium
5) And it is really hard to look after your salesman to be sure that he don't trick you ( it is not clear for us, but looks like we fail in this point)
