I’m sure that
everyone has numerous stories to tell, because everyday something happens and
leaves imprints on our mind. However, I can’t remember something really funny,
though I really would like to tell something interesting. As we should write a
story so I tell about a memorable event in my life.
This year on
the 11th April I had my eighteenth birthday. Practically for
everyone this date is meaningful. I’m not an exception. Frankly speaking, I was in a bad mood before
my birthday. It is quite usual for me. I always realize that one more year has
passed and I haven’t done a lot. The same thoughts “visited” me at that time. I
was confused and felt that I wasn’t ready to become independent. The coming
date didn’t make me glad. Anyway, now I see that practically nothing has changed. My low spirits was just a waste of time.
But the story
continues. In the evening, on the 10th April I came home after an
intensive lessons, feeling absolutely exhausted. My father met me and told that
until the midnight I couldn’t go to my room and should stay in the living room.
It cheered me up, because I guessed that my mother and my godmother were
preparing something special for me. The time passed quickly. I was excited! At
0.0 a.m I slowly came to my room and was absolutely surprised. My mothers (I think
that I can use a plural form because I have two mothers)))) spent the whole
evening to decorate my room(and flat) in a magical and amazing way. They made
garlands and flowers of little balloons. I was so happy at that moment and felt
that I’m the most special person)). My parents are wonderful! Of course, I got
a lot of valuable presents from them but they are not so dear to my heart then
something that was made by their own hands. I am sure that it is necessary for
everyone to feel love from nearest and dearest.
It is so good to be loved!

How sweet) Will you decorate your son's or daughter's room when it is their eighteenth birthday?
ReplyDeleteOh, it's so cute)
ReplyDeleteThat's really cool!! My mum and dad used to decorate my room until I became 16. Then I told them: that they can have a day off and just to relax))) (but know I miss this tradition)
